How do I book a caravan?
What’s included in the caravan?
Our caravans come fully equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, kitchen facilities, and essential camping gear. You will need to take your own linen, towels and camp chairs but You’ll have everything you need for a hassle-free trip.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You can, speak with us for confirmation. Depending on the situtation, we may be able to upgrade your subscription. Unfortunately you cannot cancel or downgrade outside of the 30 day Cooling Off Period until the end of the subscription term of 12 months.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We offer flexible cancellation policies. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Are there mileage restrictions?
Only with our driveable options. Your subscription allows for a total average of 200km/day. For the towable options, feel free to explore as far as the road takes you. Just return the caravan in good condition and on time.
How does the insurance excess work?
To help with accidental incidents, an excess is payable by the member for each incident. To keep excess amounts for members as low as possible, each booking needs to pay an Accidental Excess Reduction fee (AER). The choice between a $3,000 for $8/day or $1,000 for $39/day. The fee is only paid when making a booking.
Is there a Bond?
Accidents happen! Members can have piece of mind that a bond paid at the commencement of their subscription and topped up in the event of an incident ensures that any accidents are quickly resolved and members can continue the full use of the vehicles in a timely manner.
Your bond is 100% refundable at the end of your subscription.
